I'm curious. Has anyone attempted to mix EP and Pelgrain Press's Drama System (Hillfolk)?

I have an idea for a play by post game where players take the roles of important people managing a small colony or habitat and having to work with and against each other to keep things running.

Has anyone worked with this or a similar idea?
