Hi,

Interesting to see a new RPG...
...And interesting to see it released under the Creative Commons License.

Will there be a summary of rules available, so they can be used for other creative uses - rather than just tweaking the EP universe ??

Possibly -- it's still under discussion. There will be a Quick Start version of the rules available for free on this website for sure, and a for-sale PDF of the book as well.
