Anyone else having trouble downloading the pdf? It was coming down at less than 300 _bytes_ a second, and then stopped entirely. And now when I try to get it, it just says loading and never completes...

I tend to get unusually slow downloads when accessing the Eye (albeit far more than than 300 bytes/sec), but mine do complete, so I got the issue without any problem.
