Errata'd Form-Fillable Character Sheet

I just finished updating Garrett Guillotte awesome sheet with GPL'd fonts to include the minor errata that changes "DUR" to read "SOM" for damage bonuses. You can download it here.
Another update. Third time's the charm. Just discovered that not only was the wording wrong, but the calculations were wrong! This version fixes the calculations so you will have SOM/10 damage bonus, as you should.
